Return/Exchange
If you are not satistied with our products, exchange/returns can be made within 14 days of purchase. Please email us promptly to obtain return authorization code and return address. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition. Delivery charge on original order is non-refundable and Colette Kids is not responsible for return postage. Sale items are final and will not be eligible for exchange or returns.

Payment method
We use PayPal as our secure checkout payment method. Please review PayPal's privacy policy and note that your credit card information will not be viewed by or released to Colette Kids. All payments must be made in US dollars.

Privacy policy
Your privacy is valued. All information submitted to Colette Kids is kept confidential. No personal information will be sold, shared or distributed to any third party. We do not receive any credit card information from your PayPal transaction.

Shipping
All US orders are shipped via First Class or USPS Priority Mail. All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 5-7 business days. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $3.95. A tracking number will be provided after order is shipped. Customer orders over $50 (within continental US only) will receive free shipping.

 

All International orders are shipped via International First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Tracking number will be provided after order is shipped.

You will be notified promptly by email if any items are out of stock or delayed. Colette Kids will not be responsible for items not received if a faulty shipping address is supplied by the customer. California residents will also have sales tax automatically added to their orders.
